Psychology of being in a Toxic relationship

Fights are normal and rough patches are par for the course. This is a common saying. When two individuals are into relationship, initially everything seems to be so smooth. They might feel like they are made for each other, best partner ever etc. But as time passes, there happens a shift in their roles. Either of the couple start devaluing the other individual- their feelings and emotions. This is when a relationship start to be toxic. Recent incidents in Kerala depicts how people fall for such relations and are suffocating inside. Be it boyfriend,husband or even parents. Any relationship turns out to be toxic when the individuality of a person starts affecting. Once fallen for, it's difficult to come out of it. But still, if you get to know that you have fallen in that vicious cycle,it will be easier to a great extend to escape from such relationships.
